Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical product orders placed at shihanskinpro.com and shipped from our Avon, CT studio.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the 50 United States and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam). We do not currently ship internationally.
P.O. boxes: Accepted for USPS shipments only. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: Accepted via USPS; transit times may be longer.
Local pickup at our Avon studio
If you live near Avon, CT, you can choose free local pickup at checkout instead of paid shipping.
- You'll receive an email when your order is ready (typically within 1β2 business days).
- Pickup location: 304 W Main Street, Avon, CT 06001
- Pickup hours: TuesdayβFriday 10:00 AMβ5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AMβ3:00 PM. Monday by appointment only.
- Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation.
- Orders not picked up within 14 days may be refunded to the original payment method, less a 10% restocking fee on any items unsealed for fulfillment.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods (holiday season, promotions), processing may take up to 3β5 business days. We'll email you as soon as your order ships.
Shipping methods, rates, and transit times
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Typical options:
- USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage β 3β5 business days. Most orders under 1 lb.
- USPS Priority Mail β 2β3 business days. Most orders over 1 lb.
- UPS Ground β 3β5 business days. Available at checkout for eligible addresses.
Transit times begin after the order ships, not at the moment of purchase.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at shihanfarzinzad@gmail.com.
Combined orders
We are unable to combine separate orders into one shipment after they've been placed. If you wish to combine orders, contact us as soon as possible at shihanfarzinzad@gmail.com; we'll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee a combined shipment once an order has entered fulfillment.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shihanfarzinzad@gmail.com β we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, unclaimed) will be refunded to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost. We will contact you before re-shipping; re-shipping requires payment of new shipping charges.
Lost or damaged packages
Damaged in transit: Take photos of the damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email them to shihanfarzinzad@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund or replace the item at our cost. See the Refund Policy for details.
Lost or showing delivered but missing:
- Check with neighbors, your front desk, and your local mail carrier.
- Wait 3 business days β packages occasionally arrive after being marked delivered.
- If still missing, contact us and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Carrier claim outcomes (refund vs. denial) depend on the carrier's investigation.
Carriers and risk of loss
Once a package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or similar). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's acceptance of the package. We will help with carrier claims as described above, but we are not the carrier and cannot guarantee transit timeframes.
Holidays and weather delays
We do not ship on U.S. federal holidays. Weather, natural disasters, and carrier service disruptions can delay delivery beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any known delays affecting your order.
Sales tax
Connecticut sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Connecticut at the current state rate. Sales tax for other states is applied as required by law.
FTC 30-Day Rule
In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if for any reason we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a delay or to receive a full refund.
